Warehouse Agent - G&S - Ellenwood

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Agent - G&S to work with a leading logistics company in Ellenwood. This role is essential for maintaining a fast-paced operation, ensuring freight is processed safely and accurately.

Shift Patterns

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Monday - Friday)

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Warehouse Agent - G&S

• At least 2 years of recent warehouse, freight, logistics, or distribution experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers.
• Ability to read manifests, delivery orders, labels, and work instructions.
• Basic computer, email, data-entry, and warehouse system skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Agent - G&S

• Current forklift certification is preferred.
• Experience in freight forwarding, air cargo, transportation, cross-dock, or third-party logistics.
• Experience with palletized and floor-loaded freight.
• Strong safety awareness, accuracy, and reliability.
• Able to work with urgency while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and willing to support cross-training and other warehouse assignments.

Role for Warehouse Agent - G&S

• Safely receive, process, store, and ship freight within a fast-paced environment.
• Load, unload, move, stage, and put away freight efficiently.
• Verify piece counts and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Receive, label, weigh, measure, photograph, and process cargo.
• Enter shipment and inventory updates into warehouse systems.
• Perform equipment inspections and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory procedures.
