Care for plants and cut flowers—conditioning, trimming stems, and arranging to maximize vase life. Help maintain a clean, organized workspace and support inventory tasks like restocking and labeling. About you: Experience working in a flower shop is required; familiarity with floral mechanics, wiring, and foam use is expected. Knowledge of plants and seasonal varieties is helpful and highly valued. A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills; able to take initiative and work independently.
