  • Conduct analytical reviews of market quality data to support achieving department performance metrics and targets.

  • Experience with transmission assembly or diagnosis of transmission-related issues.
  • Exposure to warranty analysis, recall investigations, or post-production quality concerns.
  • Interest in problem-solving and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Passion for cars and enthusiasm for working directly with vehicles to recreate and understand customer concerns.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into clear narratives that support decision-making and product improvement.
  • Comfort working in both office and workshop settings, moving between data analysis, documentation, and hands-on testing.
Work Environment

This position is based in a clean automotive quality environment that combines office and hands-on vehicle work. You will have dedicated desk space for data analysis and reporting, as well as access to service bays similar to those found in a dealership for inspecting and testing vehicles and components. The facility focuses on post-production quality concerns, including warranty claims, recall investigations, and issues identified after vehicles are released to the market. The team works collaboratively to analyze root causes, develop corrective actions, and support customer satisfaction and product quality.
