We're currently seeking an Appliance Service Technician for our multi-family portfolio of properties, with at least 3 to 5 years of industry experience. This position will be full-time and be based out of our Gabrielle Run Property, Toms River, NJ. This position will be responsible for our southern, NJ properties.
Responsibilities include performing repairs, maintenance and installations on the following equipment:
Qualifications include a trade school degree and refrigeration certification, and a minimum of 3 years experience.
